The Public Health is established to support the prevention and control of vector-borne disease, communicable disease and food-borne disease within the campus. Services provided are:

 

Vector Control

• Conduct Communication for Behavioral Impact (COMBI) programmes

• Conduct continuous Aedes breeding spot regular inspection (PTP)

• Compile and analyse all data, records and reports for every vector control

 

Food Premises Monitoring

• Conduct continuous food premises inspections in campus

• Investigate any poor hygiene conditions and unsafe food handling practices complaints

• Event’s Caterer inspection (bazar ramadan, food fest, etc,.)

• Compile and analyse data, records and reports on risk factors of food safety and foodborne diseases

 

Communicable Disease Control (CDC)

• Notify all communicable diseases to Health District Office

• Compile and analyse data, records and reports on cases and outbreaks of infectious diseases from the campus

• Conduct continuous inspection of Childcare Centre (TASKA) in the campus area
