Food Premise Enforcement
Food hygiene and safety inspections are carried out at cafeterias within the campus area to ensure that food premises continuously comply with standards in accordance with regulations. The inspections cover aspects such as premises cleanliness, food handling practices, storage of raw ingredients, and the hygiene level of food handlers. Corrective measures are also provided to food handlers and reported to the operators. Continuous monitoring will be conducted from time to time to ensure that the food preparation environment remains clean, safe, and reliable for the campus community.
