University Health Center, UTeM wishes to invite applications from Malaysian citizens who are qualified to fill the position as Medical Officers and Dental Officers: -

 Appointment requirements:

1. Malaysian Citizen or permanent resident status;
2. Age not exceeding 60 years from the date of application;
3. Have the following qualifications: -
4. MBBS degree, MD or it's equivalent accredited by MPM; or
5. Degree of Dentistry or its equivalent accredited by MDC.
6. Has served the Government hospital/clinic including the hospital/clinic of the university for at least three (3) years;
7. Registered at MPM or MDC (where applicable);
8. Has a valid Annual Certificate of Practice on the date of application;
9. Duration of appointment based on offer letter;
10. Certified Healthy: -
    1. by Head of Department or Head of Unit for Government Officers; or
    2. by the Registered Medical Officer of Practitioners for private Officers; and
11. Officers serving with the Government shall obtain written approval from the Head of Department or Head of Unit based on the Circular of Secretary-General No. 5 of 2006 - Procedure for the Implementation of Registered Medical Officers and Registered Dentist Officer Doing Foreign Work (Locum) or any law that is in force from time to time.

2. Documents required:
   1. Copy of MBBS or MPM certificate
   2. Copy of annual practice certificate
   3. Locum's permission letter from the head of department or unit head of an officer with government or government statutory bodies
